I disagree with you on that, not only are they going to collect for breach of contract but they're also going to collect for willful infringement, a perfect example of that is prkr who just won a lawsuit 173- million dollars. because they were not able to prove willful infringement they only got a 173million ,if they would have proved willful infringementthey would have got what they were asking for 500 million dollars. Per judges decision.

We have breach of contract and wilful infringement , and damages now. Its all in the court papers. We are not talking about 600 thousand dollars here, its a few mill. Then come comcast, phonefactor.....whitesky is toast . Srike force also wants to know who else they got as costumers after they dropped them cause thats also money in our pocker .
