Run, just curious, you really don't see any difference between what's going on now with the BIB's, aerostats to the REF, NIE, etc., with the so called "testing" in the past? I know it all comes down to sales, revenue, etc., but don't you think we're in a better position now to make something happen than at anytime in the past?
