Two questions for you.

1) It was recently postulated on one of the boards (I can't recall which at this time) that H. Fayiz might attempt to only buyback shares from some of his larger SH's; perhaps those with larger positions. Keep in mind doing this (the selective buyback) in a private manner.

Is that possible and is that legal for him to pull that off?

2) Somebody should disclose this "mystery" company. What's this guy (Fayiz) waiting for?
