Does every one remember the two days that DSNY took off up to 2.93?
IMO that was clearly short covering. Do you remember how fast it moved?

It has been my contention that there is a large short interest (not disclosed). A NASDAQ listing would be extremely painful for these people. I also think they are responsible for leaning on the stock price and keeping it under $2. This could delay the NASDAQ listing.

A few dollars spent keeping it under $2 today could buy them a little more time. This is their last gasp. They have been given a reprieve with the "delayed" launch.

Those days are quickly coming to end.

p.s. I have seen screen shots of the G2 Video Cloud/Uploader site. It is impressive, easy to understand and the design is superb. They took their time and did it right.
