It's been another 3 weeks since we were told no parts and no idea when we will get them. Surely they know something they can report. Even if it's that they contacted the manufacturer and still have no answers.

We went from a working tested unit to not having new parts for months. Guess I didn't fully understand the meaning of re-calibration.

Or is Robert not even working on this since we have approached the holiday season?
