What you should also seek an answer to is why would MacLellan give the shares away to any takeover group at 0.0001/0.0002? Would you? And why is the TA gagged? If the AS is 5 bil and we've reached it, what is the benefit of keeping the TA from telling us. Or are new shares being brought into the structure without our knowledge? Who knows anymore.
