That is an interview I have not read before.

Its a little confusing as to who were the participants, and when the interview occurred.

"We anticipate an IPO around 2016. We hope to raise about NT$300 million." Please clarify the parties intended to be involved with this interviewed remark- and direct relevance with RXPC. Thanks in advance.
