I agree with you regarding hope and prayer as an investment strategy but at this point I haven't seen much that would support more than that.

No matter how superior the IMSC unit is, I think its pretty clear that purchasing it over something backed by Safran or Smiths is a gamble when you consider the health of IMSC the company. What purchasing department could support a decision of IMSC over Sarfran of Smiths in those terms?

No matter how competent and connected IMSC is, good sales departments and products fail all the time for a myriad of reasons. There are countless failures and relatively few success stories in any industry.

Another suspicious thing is the extension of the credit line without an alteration to its terms - seems to be a way for DRMJ to continue to print money by selling off IMSC stock. If the stock craters, DRMJ is left holding the bag big time.

If DRMJ really had knowledge about IMSC's future profitability, wouldn't it seek to get a little bigger piece? There's a difference between gambling and the educated guess making of arbitrage, and I'd argue that just counting on an increased take from a stock price appreciation is a huge gamble.

After reading about 2k posts here and a bunch on Yahoo, I wouldn't be surprised if alot of the postings are directly issued or initiated by DRMJ in efforts to manipulate the price.
