I hear you loud and clear ----- I was on a launch team (wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back when) for the original 401K
initiation w/ Team OREO !

We had to almost pull teeth to get people to understand
and take advantage of MATCH --- and, at that time it was 1/1.

Not sure what the stats are now as company has changed a lot
and work force (composition) MUCH different since I was there
in 2000.

Just was difficult for me how so many could not understand the term: FREE MONEY!!!!
