Public Offering - there is so much demand for shares by big whales, buying in open market may drive the price thru the roof. I am sure the deal when announced may actually drive the price even higher. I am buying AH if I can get few at $6. I may be wrong, but I have seen this before where big institution wants to buy say 1-3M shares and offer price normally is much higher.
