I have now reasoned that since the BOD allegedly didn't want this trading at the present time I have to assume they are not really concerned with the shareholder or the PPS right now. They talked about seeking merger candidates at the last shareholders meeting. I made the mistake of thinking that they were talking about doing it at that time, but it was really for after the 2 year limit and that's probably when they really intended the stock to start trading.
Add to this the fact that they are secretive, which indicates to me that because the stock wasn't supposed to be trading now there was no intent to share plans before them, except in generalities.
So I now am thinking (and hoping)that in April we will see real positive results, as it will be on THEIR timetable and not ours.
As far as the escrow goes, I know it is a separate thing and I hope some of the criminal settlements will help us in that regard.
