I agree with pretty much everything you've got there, and I'm way underwater here too. I first bought shares when this was a vanadium project. But since I've bought more at lower prices I would be ahead with a 30 cent share price. I especially agree with your analysis about telegraphing a low price for the PP. We don't know what the price will be yet. Management may know -- it sure sounds like they have investors already subscribed since they expect it to close by January 31. I don't have much experience with this, but my preference would be that they announce the price for the subscriptions prior to us voting on it.
