Anyone buying this stock needs to get a refresher course in simple economics. This is a terrible buy and a terrible performer, down 98% over 3 years. And how do you know the dilution is over? They have to be still trading shares for cash at a discounted value even to the .0004 current value. the lower the share price the more they have to dump, and the only thing the company has done well over the past 4 quarters is dump shares
