PTK, I too liked OOO's posted Visser tribute, if I may call it such. That was the best of the handful of articles I have seen about him.

I do hope we learn the straight story covering the when, how, who and how much on the arbitration settlement between VPC and LQMT once it occurs. A lot of little people who don't live high may be the source of funds in the settlement, in the form of our LQMT share ownership and PPS.

Maybe there is an SEC requirement that the details of a settlement be filed in an 8Q Filing by LQMT.
