How about this Davis quote Dubious One:

"Brent Johnson has made peace with many MSX Stockholders. Because of this, I settled with him and have allowed Brent Johnson and Steve Holt to comply with all required Canadian Securities laws............at the present, MSX corporate is not obligated to disclose anything."

So that is what was previously holding up the resolution of the CTO?

Steve Davis wouldn't ALLOW Brent and Steve to comply with Canadian Securities laws?

Maybe he is running the company afterall?
