1) KOP ran for the hills upon the SEC suspension. He told me directly in October he was no longer assisting MIKP. Why did he run from MIKP? We all know the answer to this one.

2) The reductions were purely smoke & mirrors and could be negated at any time.

3) Mark forgiving his back-salary is not really a debt reduction.

4) Totally wrong. STT promo was the catalyst last year.

6) LOL Say what? Even Mark said best guess was maybe near $10M and even that is pushing it by 3 fold IMO.

10) This is simply insane. OMG There is ZERO short interest in MIKP and hasn't been in well over 1 year.
