I think the market just demands to see financing to make the rest of this happen. The prs mean nothing without the money to privide and deliver on actual contracts. Today's pr is a positive hint that business is progressing, but the price won't improve until the facts of financing are known. Too many are afraid that the finance deal will be so bad that the contracts will not be profitable. Come on, ILCO, show us the MONEY!!!!!
