It wouldn't be the first time that a "reporting person" made misrepresentations in an SEC filing. In addition, these particular reporting people are hard to find. There's really very little info on My Pleasure Ltd other than its London mail drop. I doubt very seriously that the SEC would launch an international investigation over such a tiny scam as ACDU. There's also the question of whether the people behind these companies even exist.

It's much safer to rely on common sense by not forking over your money to the control of anonymous parties than by relying on the SEC to protect you.
