jq1234, The FDA and "several" other Federal Authorities were notified in the week following "Black Monday" and this comes from CEO Steve King at the Annual Shareholder Meeting just last month.

Now think about it.... Federal Authorities all over the place looking under every frustrated doormat and we have the FDA approving Phase III NSCLC "SunRise" trial and we the Class Action lawsuit dismissed by the judge (pre-amendment)....think about that now.... sounds to me like Peregrine is in the catbird seat while others are whistling away.... hear that? The sound of music when you can sit back and hear all the frustration coming out of corners you never knew existed before.
