Global Branch Solutions, one of the nation's five largest net
branch organizations, has announced that its president, Mitch
Freifeld, has received the prestigious 2005 Businessman of the Year
award. The award is provided on an annual basis by The Business
Advisory Council to a U.S. business leader who has effectively
integrated business and financial success.

someone from the mortgage industry," stated Mitch Freifeld,
president and founder of Global Branch Solutions. "As a mortgage
professional, I have worked toward building an organization that

Freifeld is an active member of the mortgage industry. Recently,
he became the Finance Committee chair for the Florida Association
of Mortgage Brokers West Coast Chapter. He is also spearheading The
Coalition Against Broker Fraud, an organization comprised of 13 net
branch organizations that have joined forces to help prevent
mortgage fraud. In 2003, he co-founded Global Branch Solutions with
Scott Losch, the company's CEO, and has been a driving force behind
Global Branch Solutions' unprecedented success.
