Rickface, my somewhat hidden point on that post was that I did not believe that the 10Q verbiage on the SLM development was something simply contrived by whoever wrote it (jim?) as I thought terry had interpreted it to be, but rather something crafted more likely by the SLM partner BNS; and my great hope is that the perk family of materials translates well (and superior in fact)into what seems to be something that BNS expertise has substantial background developing, albeit with other materials

I do not have enough technical background to assess the likelihood of that however

BTW, I think this is the same statement from the 2nd Qtr 10Q
