This sounds like an unofficial shelf. They have not identified the purchasers. And they want to dump 600,000 shares for $12 million, with the right to dump 3 million.

One would hope the SEC can see this is a shelf and reject it.

Anyone ask the Medical Board about the Doctor using the title Doctor? We know he is not a Doctor. So he is deceiving the public, and the Medical Board should take action against this goon.

Are you really going to make me go in LA to deal with this liar? Can't someone else do this. I want to go to DC and follow up my prior issue.
