We have 35 days until December 19th the date on which the full ITC Commission is to render there 337-800 case review Final Decision. That is unless the parties all or some settle prior to that date. If any settle they will be removed fromthe decision on the basis of settlement. If not the decision will drop. If all of the parties decide to settle what will LG be left with as a defensive strategy?
