Unlike some of the shallow thinking people on this board...I actually don't hold the past wrongdoings of the unscrupulous people previously connected with this company against the current regime.

The prior regime's primary focus was to drive stock price and not build the company into something valuable. It's quite obvious that the prior is NOT front of mind for the current group by their lack of communication (which, by the way, was what I meant by "not sure of what's going on").
