If this management wasn't so extremely secretive we wouldn't have to seek other sources to find information. I'm not saying they have to name the names of perspective companies they are possibly going to deal with. And we all understand the 2-year restrictions with the NOL's. But they could say something like, for example 'We want to try to merge/acquire a bank in the spring'. Then maybe the daily volume wouldn't be so pitiful and maybe some anticipation buying would occur.
Instead we are told nothing at all. And the BID starts out very low every morning and there is a huge drop in the PPS and we have to wait all day hoping it will recover.
And where is that wave of November buying?
