Does anyone know if Scottrade charges any fee to close an account? Also if there is any way to avoid paying $7 per dead stock to clear from account? I am trying to avoid losing more money on all the dead penny stocks that crashed and burned but are still corpses in my account. Scottrade has me very pi**ed off right now.
