Tit for tat? I'll go first. The market cap of this POS at today's open was roughly $3 million. Any loosely affiliated group holding, say, 20% of the OS could dump $600k of stock into the market. That's more than enough incentive for the scammers to get busy and we have already seen evidence that somebody has been interested in dumping shares who paid a promoter $35k for a campaign ending earlier this year. It's not necessary at all for dilution to occur for the scammers to defraud investors.
