Explain the economics of the transaction if you will. Why would the pirate group assign a land purchase and hotel project to a broke pinkie where they would have to share half of any profits with the public shareholders?

Further... any hotel subcontractors, clients or other interested parties could google ACDU and read about their entire sordid history. Why not just form a clean company and keep any profits for themselves?

Bordy's catalyst also works well as a non-dairy creamer, floor wax and dessert topping.
