Just for the h___ of it

Why would three companies with an estimate 30M projected revenue let a company with great promise but reliatiely no money to back itself up buy them out????

What is the advantage for them is this merger? Why not buy out VTSI and have them in the fold instead? Shouldn't be to hard of a task to get on the OTC them selfs if that is the goal.

Could it be there is alot we don't know yet but forthcoming very soon? Is the current price rock bottom at this time or just a dream that nobody's taking advantage of or that people are taking advantage of realizing there is something here at this time.
