Our Preferred Escrow Shares are never going to be worth anything?! ...

We have been sold a worthless idea that we would have a meaningful recovery after all these years. We've been betrayed by Walrath and the lying lawyers who were supposed to be looking out for our interests. When I think of justice in this matter, it becomes painfully obvious that the whole opt-in or opt-out releases were a cynical ploy to placate us from truly seeking justice with a class action lawsuit. Now, we're holding a worthless bag with Walrath, Rosen and the clowns at Susman laughing at us. They were all in on this farce and fleece. This is nothing but a golden cow with all the weasel lawyers milking it for all it's worth. Walrath is in on the game too. She's the Government's "Go-To-Bit*h" when they want to cover-up a stinking criminal pile of dung.

I did speak with that condescending dbag lawyer Sargeant (sp) over at Susman. He was the most unhelpful, unconcerned and arrogant jackass I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. In so many words said ... "move on" ... you got suckered.

P.S. The only thing left is a legal malpractice lawsuit against various parties. What say you?
