Kezz, you are exactly right on!!, I spoke with Mark for an hour and he swore up and down to protect the share count and not prostitute this stock, and how close the company was to a huge pay day. And within a few weeks of our conversation, he completely destroyed this company with death spiral financing and proceeded to do everything he said he wouldn't do. It's one thing to be a greedy lying pig, but when you specifically and knowingly, dish out misinformation like he did to mislead someone who takes you at your word as a businessman, then that really defines who you really are as a person. Mark, I hope you are reading this, as this is one long time shareholder who wants others to know what a slimey money grubbing disgrace of a ceo you are.
