If that's the case, how come the $4.47(HOD) price was quoted at 4 PM ET when I looked at it in Canada with 20 minute delay.

I think it is just the transition of Canadian trades not represented in the US accurately. I see it all the time in stocks like AAA (cn) ALLRF (us)

Sure it will smooth out and nothing to worry about. I still hope they get on a major exchange in the future to eliminate this issue.
