Good call mschere. From Nokia's point of view the recent IDCC deal on high speed down link with the Siemen's sub Inf. and yesterday's deal with LG has just elevated their opposition. While IDCC is out granting licenses to increase competition for Nokia, Nokia is fighting a rear guard battle over 2-2.5G payments that they can only delay.

By the way look at Sharp Charts point and figure ... 3 box reversal with at target of $36.5.
