What would you do if you had 8.6 billion in OL for the sale of the stock.....? Look at the notes of the audited 10k, would you let it go and wait for the Nols in 2030 which are only worth millions then instead of billions......was the OL good enough for an acquisition.....could an acquisition have been made....why was the 2 year mark of change of management restriction not mentioned at the shareholders meeting...not much was said..There is no restrictions of saying, " We have instentions of using the NOLS, but we have to wait until Feb 2014, to move forward because of ?" They are revealing intent or purchase of basically anything that show their business plan if they had one......Still nothing.......
