1) All looks ok to me, but I do have some questions.

2) Does the FDA announce results of the interim review publicly, or do the communicate with NWBO?

3) What is the Nov 15 date that has been referenced multiple times? Is that the next quarterly earnings statement for NWBO or some FDA deadline to finish the interim review?

4) I would not be terribly concerned if NWBO decided not to present at SITC. If they have good things to say about either Direct or DCVax there might be a bigger platform that would make more sense. Is there a broader Oncology conference coming any time soon? Or the Dr. Oz show. They said results by the end of the year for Direct. They didn't say by the SITC. And as for DCVax news, it seems the FDA is in charge of that timing.

5) I don't see anything to worry about. Anything new anyway. This is the real deal. This is late in phase 3. And this is not a virtual company.
