PRESS RELEASE: QUALCOMM Enters Into CDMA Infrastructure Software Products License Agreement With Vanu

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leading developer and innovator of Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) and other advanced wireless technologies, and Vanu, Inc., a provider of software radio-based wireless infrastructure solutions, today announced that they have signed a worldwide infrastructure software license agreement. Under the terms of the royalty-bearing agreement, QUALCOMM has licensed Vanu certain QUALCOMM patents to develop, manufacture and sell infrastructure software products using CDMA2000(R) technology.
