To those requesting that I write a reply to Foss, I must respectfully decline at this time due to time limitations. I have several matters on my plate that cannot be put aside. I hope that IDCC is finally able to prove infringement of valid patent claims at the ITC. They have certainly spent a lot of time and money in their efforts. Good luck to all longs.
