Would be good information to know. While I don't have a clue about franchising so can't really comment, there are a couple of franchises. So someone thought it was a reasonable risk. I know that measuring the line of people is not a good measure of revenue, the one that I did go to was packed for the hour that I was around. And the food...very good.
