For shareholders, what does it matters is higher share price. If share price is high then none of the shareholders will have any questions or negativity. He can remain positive about his company because he knows what is going on and has more access to the info. As a shareholder, we don't have much info other than those interviews with same information repeated every time about getting client. If he expects that he will get appreciation emails from Shareholders then he is damn wrong about it. He was able to keep this company alive because of shareholders as they are buying shares in the market.
