Talked to Rick (IR) those numbers on the share structure from Oct 21, 2013 are the last updated numbers he has, he does not have the current up-to-date info as of today...Im sure its changed a little since then

He said the Bakken Shale Oil LOI is for a 5% ownership, and that the LOI is valid and in effect, we will not get an 8-k or other info on it right now but that as I understand it, they have 90 days to finalize that deal with financing to close it. The company does not own it yet, its a work in progress, thats why the company put out the correction PR, because they wanted us to understand that they dont own it yet, they are in the process of acquiring it. At current share structure its worth .04 cents per share I believe he said...
He also said that he believes, but he is not positive that we should get news on the 2 wells by the end of next week, hopefully sooner, but cannot guarantee this though...
And lastly he will call up Floyd Smith for me and see if he can do something about transparency on the share structure with the T/A so we can start getting the O/S Total # weekly...
