IR called me back as I was going in to vote. I managed to remember most of my questions for him:

Bakken PR was a error due to LOI confusion, Bakken but is still on the table.

I asked about the share structure and he indicated that it was same as oct 21 which was abt 188 mil o/s and if my memory still serves me 126 mil float. (small)

I asked Rick about this weeks selling and he said it wasn't PEII diluting. So hopefully it is over or soon will be.

News on production is pending soon.
