My Rescue dog told me, "the reason for silence is that the big Hong Cong investor, told everyone to shut up as best possible, so as not to upset his dealings with Chinese Federal Authorities. He may be asking them for millions of dollars and permits for the factory."The dog may be right, as he just said "loose lips sink ships"
