Loop, I agree that the "threatened takeover" is neither a viable option nor is it a good one for the stockholders. Your analysis is correct. I don't like them either.

My opinion is that you cannot stop rumors from developing as much as you cannot keep girls from wearing falsies. You don't even need to like them, but you do have to live with them. BTW, is it your rumor that IDCC actually started the takeover rumor???, i.e.: "My flavor is for IDCC to cease this crap about a threatened takeover.

They did not have anything do with it. But I guess we have to live with the rumor you started.
