This is annoying but, I still believe we willmake money sometime. The question is when? I will be content to sit on the sideline for awhile and not throw anymore money at this. I think to make money on this one,we willneed to get in at the right time. That time could be now but, how much dilution will take place before this happens? Will we see another reverse split? On a positive note, Mr. Keen is the largest shareholder with the company so, he has some skin in the game. It will be interesting to understand how he will be compensated. Our money? additional shares? Does anyone know the answer to this?
