If I understand correctly, (and I'm not sure) even though the shares are now not registered, our ownership of the company on a percentage basis, has not changed. Tomorrow I will be upgrading my Ihub account so I can PM. I suggest anyone who needs to, and wants to participate in some sort of action do the same, so we can comunicate. I am now vetting lawyers and possible actions against Stacy. I would like to know if they ever hired auditors like she said. OWG, For me, I would settle for 1/2 of my investment. Approx $53k.
