Wow that's some pretty heavy material. Um why are you here then? After all this has always been a speculative play for literally years. Sometimes emails are answered and at times phone calls are returned, but never has there been any consistency in communication. I believe everyone here will agree with that. As far as the OS that too is no secret..is it? anybody? Battis is in financial dire straights? Really? What would give a person that idea? From what I have heard from some bloggers is that he pays himself and his management team handsomely. So why the contradiction? Could it possibly be there is a lack of definitive information? Is there something in the public record stating Battis or his company has filed for bankruptcy? I for one tire of all the speculation without documentation. If a person gets a bad feeling from this stock then say no thank you, state your reasons and then cut n run.
