Question to those with medical knowledge:

Is it accurate to say that Vascepa may fall under preventative care?

Statins are dangerous, with side-effects of mood, on-set of new diabetes patients, and memory loss.

Fibrates and niacin, also have serious side effects.

Lovaza increases risks of a-fib.

Vascepa, effective with little to no side effects (ie allergy to fish)

So is there an argument for taking V to reduce lipid markers and inflammatory diseases, as an initial course of action. Such as when trigs are reaching above normal levels. or when APO markers show concern.

A lot of initiatives (congressional committees, medical groups) are currently under way to address preventative care
