There is NO WAY the FDA can reject a request to allow/approve Amarin treat the 199 to 499 class! If they did, as you said, they will have to tell the world that treating this class of people is NOT necessary![/i]

But that's exactly what they already said at the Adcom - no evidence treating that class reduces CVE based on the flawed niacin/fibrate trials.
