I don't think a breach of contract case will take forever...



But they'll definitely argue the science portion, which would quickly descend into a massive circus with "experts" on both ends pontificating what ifs.

And let's be honest - the FDA could easily get enough experts on the stand to do a reasonable job of casting reasonable doubt. they found 9 who voted against in the Adcomm!

Ultimately I think Amarin would still end up winning, but I'm fairly certain it wouldn't be quick.
