The truth is he has not turned a profit. Revenues are meaningless if the liabilities put you in the red every quarter. Kaye has worked these four divisions for years now and continues to fail when it comes to shareholder value. U will never get me to believe that what he does on a daily basis will make my portfolio look any better until we are at 6 dollars or more without a second reverse split. Technology is good, implementation is poor. I've said this in the past that if Kaye got an offer for one of the four divisions the common shareholder would receive nothing because the divisions are own by Kaye in totality. If you read the SEC filings it clearly shows that all the subsidiaries of ECDC have a share structure but all the shares belong to Kaye so the buyout or spun off of any subsidiary of ECDC will only benefit Kaye. The only way the shareholder benefits is if ecdc is bought out as a whole. So success for student connect or viro2 doesn't necessarily benefit the shareholder.
